It was great meeting you both on Deer Isle and seeing the place where the magic happens. We brought some Spring Rejuvenation and decaf Ethiopian back to Ithaca with us over a week ago and are still enjoying it. I’ve brewed the Spring a few different ways (Chemex and mixing some into my espresso blend), and it’s great stuff. But the decaf Ethiopian is a madman. Run through my hand-pull espresso machine, it’s making some of the best Americanos we’ve had, decaf or otherwise. So well done, ladies. May you roast long and prosper.
