Weeeee! It has been an exciting winter around the coffee roastery. One word to sum it up: SNOW! We had to get a bit creative in our methods of getting coffee up to the 2nd floor, but teamwork and the Otter 50000 sled continues to do the job!
This is the official notice that the 44 North Coffee is taking a short winter break. The last roasting day for web orders will be Monday March 9th. The retail shop and cafe will be closed from Saturday March 7th - Sunday March 22nd, re-opening at 8 a.m. on Monday March 23rd. During this time we are going to put on some downhill ski miles, hang with family and friends, and continue work on the other project - the Stonington cafe!
We are still projecting our grand opening to be June 1, 2015 for the satellite cafe at 70 Main Street, Stonington. We can't wait for you to see the space and enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry in a different environment.
