RECIPE ~ Vietnamese 44 Rice Krispie Treats 

🧈 4 tbsp unsalted butter
☕ 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
🍬 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
🥫 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
🍚 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
🧂 Pinch of salt

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and stir in espresso powder until dissolved. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and quickly fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan using parchment or buttered hands. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
