Back in early May 2011--when the only flower announcing itself was the golden forsythia--we received a call from Sandy Lang at Maine Magazine.  She was doing a piece on small batch coffee roasters around the state of Maine.  Somehow, with perhaps a stroke of luck & a kind reference from Matt's Coffee in Waterville, 44 North Coffee got on her interview list. We had been in business for just over 6 months, but welcomed her and the photographer, Peter Frank Edwards, in with a warm cuppa coffee.  Click on the link below to read the full article:
